Local Animator Parameters

Unless I’m being very dense animator params are global.

I’d like to be able to change an animator state for the player locally on interact/ontriggerenter. It would probably be possible to instantiate a local instance of an object with an animator on player join but this seems like a very tardy solution


You can just make the trigger local. Create a new layer.

And give him interaction only with the playerlocal layer.
Thanks to this, even if you make a script with Send Network, it will still be local.
Remember to assign a layer to a trigger object
