Leg fixes in VRChat 2020.3.2p3 for 2.0 avatars

So the fix for the “knee-knock” issue has made all my 2.0 avatars spred their legs apart in an unflatering way with a sudden pop when movement animation stop, this was not an issue before this patch was implemented so this continues to be an issue but in the other direction for me where my avatars are leg spreding with knees far apart rather then before with legs together and looking correct.

I have seen the old issue in action, I solved it by using A-pose models instead of T-Pose because having the legs “straight” on T-pose seemed to always result in that weird glitch, may have something to do with IK.
