# Lagging suddenly

I’ve been using my quest 2 by itself for vrchat for a few years now with no issues whatsoever and even when i played a week or two ago everything was fine but suddenly when i got on it was lagging terribly even alone in my home world. I’ve tried things like clearing the caches, reinstalling, using a different wifi, restarting my quest, and nothing has helped it. Most things I see online is about reducing lag in worlds with other people and because its laggy when I’m alone I reckon that wouldnt help my situation. Any ideas?
