Is it possible to destroy game-objects that aren't clones?

I have a large gameboard with changeable tiles. After updating my SDK to the newest version changing the tiles creates a ton of lag and makes the game unplayable. I currently am just sending the old tiles very far away but that doesn’t seem to work anymore. I was hoping to be able to just delete the old tile since I will not need it anymore, but that doesn’t seem to work since the first tiles aren’t clones.

Yes, you can destroy any game object regardless of where it came from.

I believe in Udon Graph there’s just a single node that does this. In Udon Sharp you’re just calling the Destroy() method.

The only things you probably don’t want to destroy are network-synced objects. You can do it, but you have to be careful to not cause desync.
