# I'm am having an issue where I can't upload any avatars (3.8.1 sdk) because it keeps timing out and saying "failed ownership agreement"

I’m am having an issue where I can’t upload any avatars (3.8.1 sdk) because it keeps timing out and saying “failed ownership agreement” even when I click to agree to it.

Any help? Already googled it to no avail.

Disabling IPv6 in network settings fixed it

Yeah mine only says it “failed to agree to ownership agreement” when my wifi is out  
(it goes out every couple minutes and it’s really bad)

This seems to be a symptom of weird connection issues.
