# I sent a Vrc+ gift it was declined

When it was declined it said couldnt goft to [user] and said that since i already spent money the next gift will be free because i guess they dont wanna refund it but i havent been able to redeem said gift and its trying to make me buy it again couldnt i just have been goven my money back? Please help me
