# How do I retake a picture of my id for age verification

Ok so Ive recently been trying to age verify on vrchat and it won’t recognize my face, I don’t know if there’s a way to resubmit a picture of my id in better lighting because I’m struggling to even fix it

That’s an issue with the Age Verification provider, vrchat won’t be able to do much about it, but if so i would recommend a support request to their staff so they can assist you or direct you to the proper support page.
