How do I get the model of an avatar that I've favorited from a character within the game?

I would like to use the character I found inside the game to use it as a vtuber, is there such a possibility? can i do this? if yes, how do i do it?

I feel it’s important to point out that just because a model is available as a public avatar on VRChat, does not mean you can vtube with it.
