Get transform changes output of previous node

I’m trying to get the local scale of an object OnTriggerEnter.
I go OnTriggerEnter>Get gameObject from the other Collider>Get transform (which is where I’m having the problem)
If I Debug Log the Get gameObject it shows the proper object, but when I connect the Get gameObject to the Get transform node, the Debug shows the object the script is on, not the other collider, even when the Debug is still connected to the Get gameObject and not the Get transform.
Am I doing this wrong or is it just broken? Is there some other way I could get the local scale of the object to bypass this?
