Just want to drop in and say the AnimatorPlayAudio state behavior is an absolute godsend. I’ve been wanting something like this for years, since I consistently find my perf rank limiting factor to be audio sources.

Looking at the interface screenshot, it looks like you’ve covered pretty much everything I’d want from something like this.

I never had any issues playing audio sources on Quest. Is that purely a subjective opinion?

I’ll be fully honest, the AudioSource update is going to be heaven, and I mean heaven as I’ve been wanting to do some sound design of my own for my avatar that isn’t just some binary repeat sounds <3.

The only other feature that I can think of as of late that is incredibly outdated is probably VRCStation, people use them on avatars but they’re incredibly inconsistent, if there was a way to chose station targets, like if you want a target zone of an avatar station to have the Head or Hips there (head if you want people to e.g. drive a mech, see out or in a certain location, and torso if you want them to immersively sit somewhere). VRCStations are very incompatible between people who do and do not use playspace mover, and they are very difficult to work with, you often will find yourself misclicking them, having the capability to “double-tap” elements like VRC_Stations would solve people being adjacent to seats and accidentally sitting in them, or if someone has a REALLY big VRC Station collider.

I like the localization of language as many of my friends aren’t fluent in English.
However, as a bilingual I do not always have the PC language to what I want my program language.
So is it possible to make a manual change of language, if you ever put automatic change of client language by computer language?

Good question! We’ll only attempt automatic language detection once at the first install. If you specifically set a language in-game, VRChat will remember it for you :slight_smile:

it would be cool to be able to see who’s in VR mode and who’s in desktop mode both in the social list and in the players in current instance list

We’re still working on it! We hope it can make it into the next SDK release. We just released an SDK, sooo we appreciate your patience! :grin:
