# \[Closed\] Having issue with help.vrchat.com (can't sign in)

Hi,  
so, a bit ago I made a support ticket from [this page](https://help.vrchat.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) (it’s my first time doing this), and an email was sent to me that includes my ticket number and a link to it. however, when I click it, it just takes me to the [main page](https://help.vrchat.com/hc/en-us) because it does try to send me to the sign-in page, but the sign in page just redirects me to the main page without showing anything. I’ve tried it in 3 different desktop browsers, and also my phone.  
how I’m supposed to check the ticket if I can’t log in?

same me too. i know exactly what you’re talking about. you press sign in and all it seems to do is refresh the page. i have a ticket that i submitted too and its been 24 hours and no reply. i’m trying to build/upload newer versions of the world i made in unity. i already uploaded several times but now all of a sudden it wont let me

for me it’s an issue with their EAC.

We don’t usually utilize the sign-in feature for users with ZenDesk. Check your email!

If you don’t see the reply text, I have that problem too on Gmail – click the three dots to expand the hidden section of the text.
