So I just came across an issue a few days ago in a world that someone was trying to make updates in. Note that everyone else works just fine and it only effects me in this world. Cuddle? It started a few days ago and when I go to type I get … then when click send it goes gone. Even when typing it doesn’t show anything but the … I can’t see anyone elses chatbox either. So I ask in discord they say make audio not 0. Did that and still.. Issue.
If it’s a custom chatbox the world itself implemented, then this really seems like something the dev needs to experiment with you on. It’s likely they aren’t accounting for your type of hardware/input setup, so the chatbox isn’t noticing all the input events it needs to.
