I need this for a collectable system that shows how many out of the objects you’ve collected in total next to the prompt, “Diamond 2/3” etc. Can you change the “Interaction Text” variable through a U# script at runtime at all? I’ve tried SetProgramVariable(“newInteractText”, “Test”); and SetProgramVariable(“interactText”, “Test”); but neither worked.
I know you can change it via:
this.InteractionText = "Some interaction text";
I’ve tested it at runtime and it works. You need to call that function and supply it your string after updating it.
