Can't Upload Avatar for some strange reason

Hello there, I tried uploading an avatar but I get these errors that I don’t know what they mean

I uploaded just a random avatar to test if it works at all and it uploaded, the avatar was just a cube, but it doesn’t upload this avi for some reason

I also tried disabling my antivirus and using a vpn but nothing worked, I’m lost

probably wont work cause its just a cube, if it has no rig or anything then that’s your problem i’d assume

though im not an expert that’s just what i think is going on
