# Cant create a group even with VRC+

Can someone please help me, Ive been searching for answers for hours but to no avail. The “Create Group” is greyed out for me on the VRChat website. I have VRC+, I’m a trusted user, and I’ve never been banned or anything which seems to be the only response to people who have similar issues.

If there is an issue like this then we can’t go much beyond. Maybe open a support ticket.

Maybe check the network console of the browser for any suspicious error that would explain why the button is grayed

Same for me but i have a known user
