Avatar rig glitch in Unity/VrChat?

Hi, I recently started creating avatars for VrChat. But now theres something wrong with the rig. In my opinion, the rig looks great in Unity. However, in VrChat, the hands are glitched behind the back, and the legs glitch into each other when not moving (the avatar goes into a standing pose).

:grimacing: yeah you really need to fix that

you would need to make it into a proper t-pose to fix that as i would have the same problem if i did not correctly set the arms/legs to a t-pose

You will need to checkout from the beginning there maybe some errors somewhere
