Action layer breaks visemes

Copied the example action layer from the SDK and used custom emote animations for the layer. Everything works fine, but visemes are now broken. Removing this layer fixes them, so it’s something with the layer.

I’ve checked each animation and none of them affect the mesh nor a jaw bone. I’m not sure what to do at this point.

any animations on ANY layer that has any data for the viseme or blinking blendshapes/shapekeys will prevent them from functioning in the vrc descriptor.

you gotta go in every single animation and check for these and delete them
